The Venticinque.com returns department is only able to accept returns for items bought online.
Individual stores operate their own Terms and Conditions; as a result, if you bought your item in one of our partner boutiques, please contact the store directly, where the manager will be very happy to help.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase from venticinquejewellery.com, we are happy to offer a 14 days free return policy for items returned from within Hong Kong. For international returns, customer will bear return postages, and any relevant tax and duties. Pieces must be returned unworn and in the original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at vcadmin@venticinquejewelry.com and quote the order number. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on personalised or engraved pieces. In the unlikely event that there is a fault with your jewellery, please get in touch with customer services.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Onced approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
